Yoga

Yoga originated in India over 5,000 years ago and promotes relaxation as well as helping alleviate stress and anxiety. According to Cancer Research UK some patients find Yoga helps with reducing pain, tiredness and depression.

Yoga is made up of different postures and poses which improve oxygen and blood supply to help you to focus on your breathing whilst stimulating your nervous system, muscles and joints.

We are running Yoga classes as part of our lottery funded activities as follows:

8 week course

Thursday's starting 20th January 7.30-9.00pm

January 20th, 27th
February 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
March 3rd, 10th
